Some helpful summative information...

Here are some useful websites for the students to gather their information:

·         www.kidshealth.org (you can search any of the safety topics in the search bar)

·         http://sparky.org/parentpage/parents.htm (this one is really good for finding fire safety information)

·         http://elementarysafety.com/ (this website has links to each of the types of safety we are looking at in class for our brochures)

Your child will be responsible for bringing in online research to be used in the brochure for Thursday October 6^th. They may also bring in book as well, they will have time in class to read through and identify important information that they would like to include in their brochure. Please do not have students complete additional work at home, the only work to be completed at home is the research.
