I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! We began our day by beginning our new math unit on Geometry! We are learning about side lengths, hatch marks to show side length, parallel and perpendicular lines! We went on a walk around the school to find parallel and perpendicular lines and then the class created shapes on their geoboards to show parallel and perpendicular lines!
During our Language period students were provided with time to work on their summative assignments. This is the last day for them to complete their summatives. When they finished their good copies they worked on presenting their stories.
After lunch, recess, and French students finished their summatives or practiced presenting.
After second lunch and recess we had time for a few students who were finished their stories to present! They sounded amazing and I cannot wait for you all to see the finished products!
We ended the day with gym and agendas before heading off to kiss and ride!
